Major Responsibilities:

  • Resolve complaints received through Help Desk and/or other sources.
  • Communicate queries to the concerned person for quick action.
  • Prepare complain reports for Director, Human Capital.
  • Carry out day to day administrative tasks; including handling incoming & outgoing mails, monitoring supplies, & maintaining personnel files.
